To automatize the after-sales insurance processes of the mobile phones within the Salesforce CRM implementation project the integration with the systems of mobile phone providers for an insurance company. Goals and tasks:Implement integration with custom SOAP services which uses mutual SSL and SOAP WS Security Headers;Conduct integration works, testing, and implement 100% unit-test coverage; Results:APEX classes and triggers for the integration with SOAP web-services of the mobile phone provider were implemented including the verification of the digital signature within the authentication process; Full integration testing conducted;Developed functionality put into production operation.
