WSCO 17 | Web Summit Chill Out

Join us for the second edition of Web Summit Chill Out at Casa Independente, in Lisbon. Come and meet local and international entrepreneurs and Web Summit participants, which may help you thriving your business, during a vibrant evening full of music, food and drinks and interactive sessions.

Our first edition took place last year during the first Web Summit in Lisbon and counted on over 160 participants from 20 different countries. Those who visited us said they would be back this year since it was the best gathering they had had during their week up to then. This year we aim for 250 people, to ensure a good crowd but still guarantee sufficient exclusitivity for you to meet the right partners for your business. Not only brand new startups are comig to deliver the interactive breakout sessions, but also our member Koos Service Design, will be present to break the ice with their Service Design dynamic sessions around visual thinking, service design, innovation and prototyping.

The event will be held in a vintage place in the heart of Lisbon: Casa Independente. It is a great place and you are sure to find an event with an intimate character and a great opportunity to meet interesting people that may help to grow your business.

SERVICE DESIGN THINKING SESSIONS

In this second edition of the Web Summit Chill Out our member Koos Service Design, a company focused on optimizing firms' processes through a culture of innovation and design thinking tools will provide for some interactive sessions around visual thinking, service design and customer journey, innovation and rapid prototyping, along with ice breakers, to help you in that first step in networking and find innovative and practical solutions for your business issues.

INTERACTIVE BREAKOUT SESSIONS

The evening will not only be composed of networking, but we will also have interactive and dynamic breakout sessions with startups. There will be 4 sessions this year, each with 30 minutes, where the startup will present one challenge for the participants to debate, supporting the startup with insight and experience. We have already the confimation from Farmcloud and Pro-Drone which will present their challenges.

NETWORKING

During the evening we will also have music, food and drinks in a multinational atmosphere, welcoming everyone to network. The event will be held from 19:00 - 22:30, so this will give visitors enough time to continue the party and explore Lisbon by night afterwards.
