The client provides custom frames and matting options for photographs, artwork and other pictures. Spiral Scout developed a dynamic frame builder app that helps F&M customers create their own picture frames online, see their creations in real time with their actual artwork and later purchase them through the website’s shopping cart. The solution was built on top of Spiral Scout’s proprietary content management system, Spiral CMS, which allowed the client to manage a number of pre-built frames built for users as well as all the content on the site. The website is equipped with an e-commerce gateway and customer relationship management tool, as well as integrated with the FedEx shipping system.
