A strategic planning and organisational performance management reporting
tool designed specifically for the needs of the local government, which
converts vision and strategy of the organisation into performance
actions and measures. A solution that aids them visually, also helping
them communicate their organisation's objectives with the staff, keeping
track of the achievements of the strategies implemented and in short,
manage the performance at all levels. We used Agile methodology to
achieve complete accuracy and efficiency in the solution. The
technologies used to develop this solution - .NET, C#, VB.NET, ADO.NET,
Dundas Charts, SSRS, and SQL Server 2008R2.
