The writing service “Essay-bay” integrates the customers, authoring and administrative areas to provide the process of ordering and executing an academic papers as well as fulfilling cross-cutting commitments within this flow. The distinguishing features throughout the project are the creation of personalized accounts for each user, payment system integration, live multiply chat, orders management and tickets supporting. The common goal of the project to implement the compatible and flexible functionality for effective interaction between customer, writer and agent user’s roles to ensure Client satisfaction with the product.Client looked-for the improved and better experienced service to offer customers the writings in any field of study strictly in accordance with their requirements. The system should support the simple placement of the orders, good administration performance, increasing expectations for real-time communication. The customers can find an assistant for academic paper, and registered experts can have a possibility to request quickly the appropriate task.The implementation of the project spanned the most popular and effective technologies such as Single page application and microservice architecture. The project consists of Java based web-applications which use Spring and Angular frameworks, Bootstrap library. The service integrates with the Zopim Live Chat API, CardPay payment system API, Dropbox API. The pages of application are well organized by using design toolkit Sketch. Delivering the application is performed by using nginx server.
