Left Right Mind engaged with Shriram Life Insurance in India to do the following: \r\n1. New and improved User Experience Design to help create a motivated, skilled and effective workforce by gamifying an internal learning system for millennial employees.\r\n2. A one of its kind e-learning app to facilitate and encourage use of digital payment methods. Designed as an ‘earn while you learn’ app it is also aligned with the Digital India Initiative.\r\n3. Financial Advisory App allows Shriram Group to enable their front-end domain experts better capture the current financial security of customers or prospects around them or in their network.\r\n4. Sales Officer is Shriram Life’s Initiative to provide a means by which sales officers who today are not “exclusive” can be engaged with Shriram Group.
