Smart Valor wanted to develop an ICO platform with tokenization engine to host the public funding of companies and later facilitate the investment in digital assets. The aim was to develop a decentralized, community-based marketplace for tokenized alternative investments. The platform enables investors to purchase cryptocurrencies, utility and security tokens in compliance with the Swiss law, as well as to manage their portfolios more efficiently.
