The online store merchant can now use Prestashop order return manager Module which makes product return management easier for the store admin. The online merchant can offer an easy interface for the customers to generate return requests. Admin can set return reasons, return address and return policies from the admin interface. Admin can approve/disapprove returns and also generate return requests on behalf of customers.
