Every Voice Counts is a powerful and simple tool developed to boost engagement and communication within schools among teachers, students and parents. The idea belongs to a british expert in IT and web based software and an educator with 25 years experience as a Department Head, Pastoral Leader and a member of SMT. The EVC platform helps to build connection between students and teachers. There is a system of voting resulting in choosing the best teacher by students’ and parents’ votes. Special system of anonymous questions is implemented. It helps students and their parents discuss awkward questions related to school life. There is a transparent school structure shown. Email of teachers are available so that every parent has the opportunity to discuss the things privately and individually. A system of voting for proposals to improve school life has been implemented. This gives people an understanding of the amount of support this or that idea has received.
