Finally, there is no way to give the results of the exams in real-time to Health care professionals.The solution implemented was a complete mobile and web solution that allows health care professionals to submit medical exam requests. These requests are sent to the laboratory and validated by lab agents, who contact the patient to make an appointment and take the exam. When the results are ready, the Laboratory agent uploads the results, and only the patient and the Helth care professional will access them.
