We were commissioned to design and develop an Uber-like app for a specific market. The project is under a strict NDA agreement. Apart from typical features, such as requesting a ride from one place to another, pinning your pickup location or browsing available drivers and estimated arrival times, the user can choose a taxi mode - without indicating the final destination - or a special monitored ride for children, when the parent can request to observe the whole ride online via a camera. The solution had to be approved by the state power to ensure safety of the whole system. There’s also an extensive in-app payment solution that meets all the required standards. The mobile application is accompanied by a web platform - an admin panel to manage drivers.
