Zettlo is an app that combines real-world experiences with augmented reality (AR) in the form of a social engagement game. In the Zettlo app, users can participate in different social activities and challenges, explore new locations, meet new people, and engage with friends. It is a location-based game that attracts users with unique features, exciting gameplay, and rewards for completing events and challenges. CHALLENGE Zettlo needed the app re-design to make it more user-friendly and engaging for users, both individuals and companies that can create challenges on the platform. The main idea was to combine a social network with some gamification points and AR functionality to make the existing application more functional, simple, and engaging at the same time. RESULTS After conducting in-depth research and analytics, we recreated the customer journey map to improve the user experience and reworked the design of the Zettlo app to turn it into a social platform with engaging gamification features.
