The Quick Faults App allows users to report issues and then diagnose and troubleshoot. Utilising a clean design the App provided users with the ability to report an issue with image and video capture and provided a knowledge tree of problem-solving for each train class. Integrating with LNER\'s existing Cognos system, Quick Faults was utilised across the LNER network to successfully idenitfy where issues were and quickly resolve them.
