Number Sentry helps
customer care centers, BPOs, and call centers by monitoring outbound calling
numbers to help prevent carrier and app call labeling, call blocking, and
business name presentation issues from hurting their call completion rates. The
users can provide the numbers that they use to call their customers on daily
basis. Number Sentry will test these numbers periodically across multiple
carriers (AT&T, T-Mobile, etc.), and call-blocking and caller ID apps
(Truecaller, Hiya, etc.) depending on the user’s plan (Silver, Gold, Platinum,
and Custom) and provide reports to the user.
