Lithuania Post Website development: Lithuania Post is the largest postal service in Lithuania, holding over 40% market share. After a recent merge with sister company LP Express, our task was to build a website that conveniently communicates the merged services, with a user-friendly client self-service interface.Market Research: in order to better understand the needs of the customer, we conducted market research to determine the different user groups. Distinguishing the needs of various demographics fuelled our brainstorming sessions, helping us come up with a fitting solution for all users.Detailed Prototype: the best way to test is by letting visitors browse through the site and use all its features. And that’s exactly what we did. After rounding up all the ideas we came up with prototypes for both desktop and mobile devices. We let users try out the prototype by registering, finding specific services and sending parcels. After analysing the usability test we gathered all the information and made tweaks where necessary. Finally, we analysed our usability test information and improved our prototype based on our findings, ensuring the final design performed better than in the test phase and was responsive across all devices.Today, clients are browsing the site with ease, finding information at a faster rate than before. Parcel registration and tracking is also much faster, thanks to better functionality and a better insight into user experience.
