Dogiz is a project developed from the MVP stage up to the great SaaS for petcare business. While the platform was working, the solution was scaled without any technical issues to let it start monetization. The user-friendly interface for CRM was successfully created, in spite of a really complicated solution and requirements for data analytics. Our team kept the continuous application working, whilst implementing the new, complicated business logic to enable the project to generate revenue. According to the requirement, the platform was supposed to be online whilst scaling. Actually, it was the main challenge for our team. However, with our current expertise, we provided the normal workflow of a CRM system and kept the system working without any bugs.
