Заказал сделать карточку товара для сайта на OpenCart 3. Константин Запросил 5000. Отправил предоплату 2500. Он поставил мне какой-то шаблон и сказал, что все готово. Я поверив ему, перевел остаток. Когда же дошло дело до наполнения магазина, то обнаружил, что самое главное он не сделал. Просто поставил шаблон и за это взял с меня 5000. Плюс потом ещё попросил 1000 для ускорения процесса, но не скажу какого. Сам до сих пор понять не могу. Переписку могу предоставить
