About "CS-Cart" We are CS-Cart team and we have developed the most functional platform for creating custom marketplaces. We help bring businesses online for entrepreneurs all over the world. The main thing about CS-Cart is its simplicity and power: you don't need to know how to program to start a store, and the basic functionality is more than enough. The company was created by three enthusiastic programmers in 2005 in the silicon valley of Russia - Ulyanovsk. The guys were inspired by the world of eCommerce and in the first year they programmed day and night to create the best modern eCommerce platform. And on the first day after launch they sold a license to an online store from the USA. And then - worldwide sales, a new office, and now we occupy a four-story building with our own gym, cafe and conference room. In the cafe we eat at cost price, in the gym we train for free, in the conference room we hold meetings and seminars, play musical instruments and sing. Why you should come to us: everything according to the Labor Code: official salary, sick leave, vacation; you can influence the development of the product - we are always happy to cool ideas and ready to provide freedom for their implementation; more adequate management can not be found: managers always support, do not limit freedom and are always ready to meet you. Every six months we have a conversation with each employee to develop a personalized career development plan; the schedule is flexible - you can come at 11am and leave at 8pm. You can also leave earlier if you have time to close tasks. We are against factory regimes - the main thing is the result, not time; unlimited opportunities for professional development: we actively practice mentoring, hold regular courses, invite speakers, teach English, send on business trips to exhibitions and conferences. Training is free of charge. We actively share experience within the company; we have large-scale corporate events - on the company's birthday we go to campgrounds (we don't make you participate in team building :-)). On New Year's Eve we go to restaurants. Every month we celebrate the birthdays of our employees, give gifts and have a heart-to-heart talk with wine and bourbon. Of course, attendance is optional - we don't have voluntary-coercive events.
