Мы работаем с Progress Engine с лета 2020 года. На тот момент у нас уже было приложение, но оно работало с большими перебоями, поэтому мы решили сделать масштабное обновление. Стояла задача не только на то, чтобы исправить ошибки, но и дополнить контент и изменить интерфейс приложения: - разработать новый user flow; - наладить отправку SMS и email-писем; - обновить список центров помощи с функцией проложения маршрута, звонка и отправкой email; - разработать административную панель для добавления новых центров помощи в приложение; - добавить новый раздел с карточками-инструкциями для пострадавших от насилия. Команда Progress Engine выстроила все рабочие процессы так, что мы всегда знали, на каком этапе находится разработка и когда будет готова та или иная задача. Ребята всегда успевали точно в срок, ни разу не задерживали процессы и отвечали на наши вопросы очень быстро и максимально подробно. По итогам, мы получили по сути новое приложение, которое уже несколько месяцев работает без перебоев и ошибок, поэтому мы решили продолжить сотрудничество и добавить ещё одну новую функцию — виджет.
